First of all, please allow me to take this opportunity to thank you all for being such consistent, loyal and wonderful customers of Spoilt Rotten over the years. Your ultimate satisfaction is so very important to us; I so hope that the team has reached its aspiration in providing you with excellent treatments, customer care and value for your money in our relaxing and modern surroundings. I hope you agree.
It is never comfortable writing to you all when it involves pricing, however and unfortunately due to rising costs and increases from suppliers, all of which are out of my control, I will have to implement a slight price increase on some of our treatments. This will take effect as of 1st July 2016.
Since launching Spoilt Rotten I have relentlessly endeavoured to hold my prices to ensure you were not affected by my own rises in costs; unfortunately time has caught up with me.
In return, Spoilt Rotten will continuously strive to give you the highest quality in all the treatments we provide you; I know you should not expect anything less than excellence and we aspire to give you just that. Team Spoilt Rotten would be devastated to learn we had not met with your expectations.
I am pleased to announce that 2016 will see the team deliver new treatments whilst also delivering exciting new developments for Spoilt Rotten Beauty. WATCH THIS SPACE!!!
